In the first part of the screen there are the settings related to your governy. You can allow use of alliance password to logging, showing of IP adresses etc.
Percent of conquered land to the alliance - indicates how much of plots conquered by yourself are given to the alliance land fund. The plots stored in this fund can be divided to several governies by the emperor (in the politics->emperor menu). There are 11 races in the world of Red Dragon and for some of them it's very hard to conquer the other governies but which are vital for the alliance. Good alliance never forgets to give some land to these members. The plots should be given to the decimated members as well if they haven't made a great mistake. Each governy can contribute by up to 40% of land conquered by him (or her). If the plots stored in alliance fund are not distributed until midnight they all are lost.
The next textboxes are designate for the spellbook change. If you want to replace the spellbook enter the number of book you want to get rid of in the left textbox and type the number of the book you want to get in the right textbox and confirm by the button nearby. The swapping of spellbooks is serious and you have to mind these restrictions if you swapped the spellbook:
- you wouldn't be able to cast any spells contained in the spellbooks for 40 turns.
- you wouldn't be able to swap the spellbooks for 40 turns.
  User's color setting is used for adapt the forum and post screens to your eyes and taste. The text color's va;lue is defaultly D7C85B, background color of the other governies' messages is defaultly 600000 and the background of your messages' value is 7B0602. The value is compounded of 3 hexadecimal values in the 00-FF range. The numbers stand for Red, Green and Blue color element intensity (00 is the darkest, FF is the lightest).

   If you want to change your password enter the old password to the first textbox and then fill in the new password in the second and third textbox and press the confirm button.
  Especially is you connect to internet via modem you'll appreciate the next option. It enables you to load the images from your hard disk (which is faster than your connection). If the checkbox remains unchecked all images will be loaded from the server.
To manage the images to be looaded from your hard disk you have to get them there first downloading and then unzipping the "rd.zip" file. If you don't have any decomprimation program download them at www.winzip.com or www.winrar.com. After you've done this set the path in the textbox below the "load images from disk" checkbox (of course use the path to the decompresion target folder).
  The combobox "Languague" enables you to change the laguague of the Red Dragon.

In the text field "Comments of owner" you can write texts, which will everyone see in your governy details. In the same way you can write name of owner into next field. If you also play on PL server, you can write into field Governy on PL name of your main governy and alliance.
You can have more then one governy. You can even play in more alliances, but maximal in three different. But if you have governies in more then one alliance, you have to register them as multigovernies (if not, you can be deleted by admins for breaking of this rule). You registr governy as multigoverny to one another by inputing of login and password from choosen another governy (called main governy). If you input them correct, your governy will be added as multigoverny to main governy. Multigovernies are not allowed to fight against each other, so if you play in two alliances they should never have war together.
  The middle button with the man in the cowl icon shows the last 25 logins. Besides the time and IP address you can view the name of the governy the user was logged in before he logged in your governy. You can check if some trepasser has obtained the pass to your governy.
